Hi everyone

The idea of this group is to bring together Portuguese and English speakers to exchange languages, cultures, laughs, etc, but most of all to have a good time and a relaxed chat.

I can see a lot of new faces on the web site that I have not yet met. So I encourage you all to make an appearance and introduce yourself. Everyone is welcome!
Our group is quite diverse and our members range from beginners to native speakers of all ages.

O objectivo deste grupo é juntar pessoas que falam português e inglês para trocar ideais acerca da língua, da cultura, etc, mas cima de tudo passar um bom bocado e ter uma conversa descontraída.

Posso ver muitas caras novas no website que ainda não tive a oportunidade de conhecer. Sugiro que apareçam e que se apresentem ao grupo. São todos bem vindos!
O grupo é bastante diverso, com membros de todas as idades e o conhecimento da língua varia desde o nível principiante até um nível mais avançado.

We are meeting at the 'Edward Wylie' pub on Bothwell Street (city centre).
As part of the Weatherperson chain this pub has a simple but enjoyable atmosphere, good location for those taking public transport (just a few minutes walk from Glasgow Central Station). Music is not loud which is great for chatting! Read more
