ABOUT US
We have more than 300 members now - wow! Just a little more than a year ago, we had 4 people. Our group is all about meeting new people and making new connections, and sharing our common interests. To that end, we meet periodically to speak and improve our Portuguese (or for our native Portuguese-speaking friends, to improve English), to dance to Braizilian music like Samba, MPB (Popular Brazilian Music), and Forro, and to have a good time with good people. A lot of the new faces I see on the web site I have yet to see in person, so I encourage you to make an appearance and introduce yourself. Our group is quite diverse, and we have meetings in San Francisco, the East Bay, the South Bay and San Jose.

What members are saying

I hope more people participate in the future events.

I thought this event was fun and a great way to meet the people in the group. ...
