What: Brazilian Independence Day Celebration in Golden Gate Park

the party starts at 12 noon.
there's no cover charge but a "donation" (it has been $5 in previous years)
five brazilian bands will be playing: Sotaque Baiano, Musica Sertaneja, MPB-80's Rock, Forro and an open mic.

Parking is a problem, so it is suggested arrive earlier or just take public transport please note: the Bay Bridge will be closed but the San Mateo Bridge will be open.

Location is at Golden Gate Park-Hall of Flowers @ Lincoln Way & 9th Ave San Francisco, CA 94122

Polly will meet the group 12-12:30pm, at the "Pacific Catch-Fresh Fish Grill" on the corner of Lincoln & 9th Avenue. She will have a sign to identify the group.
